Into the Deep Blue Me

Is a play on words: my love of the sea and how deep the hidden woman is. I've never been very good at personal out-pourings so this is a first for me. This Blog will house the results of Daily Journal Prompts where and when I have time to do them. So they will not appear everyday mostly but every other day for the greater part.

As an Aussie and as far as cultural imperatives go, we are loathe to open our hearts to all and sundry. So this is a personal bit of pergatory for me. Could be hell as well if the Prompts take me to the deepest of me.

Some entries will be complex using multi media, others wil be collage only, or pencil or watercolour or however the inspiration takes, wakes and shakes me.

The blog entry is what is written on the journal page for ease of reading/viewing.

I am on Sydney, Australia time(Eastern Summer Standard Time). The prompts are issued on US Time and therefore I am one day ahead. That means I am journaling in your future or are you seeing my past? Interesting concept that but I've always tick-tocked to a different clock.

New Blog Banner!

I have decided that a change is as good as a holiday and I have changed the banner on the blog to include a prompt I did mid-year called 'Individual Beauty Tricked Out'

I love this rough sketch of myself (when I had hair!) and thought it cheered me up so well, I'd move it to banner.

Hope you like the change :-)

But Only Love Can Break Your Heart
